At Men of Integrity, we go beyond mentorship—we’re shaping tomorrow’s leaders with purpose and precision. Our program is more than a space; it’s a brotherhood for boys ages 7–17, built to strengthen character, sharpen life skills, and ignite a sense of direction. Through engaging activities, open conversations, and meaningful community involvement, we help young men develop the tools they need to thrive.
From mastering public speaking to exploring STEM, and learning how to lead with heart—we equip our mentees to rise with Responsibility, Accountability, and Sustainability—the core values we proudly call RAS.
WHO WE ARE
At Men of Integrity Mentoring Program, we’re not just shaping young minds—we’re developing the next generation of strong, skilled, and purpose-driven leaders. Designed for boys ages 7–17, our program is a powerful brotherhood rooted in consistency, character, and community.
Every meeting is a building block. From teaching communication and leadership to building financial literacy and mental resilience, we focus on real-world skills that these young men need—not just for today, but for life.
Our mentors are dedicated role models who guide, challenge, and uplift each mentee—one session, one conversation, and one breakthrough at a time.
We believe that with the right guidance and environment, every boy has the power to become a Man of Integrity.

Weekly Mentoring Meetings

📅 Every Thursday | 6:00 PM – 7:30 PM

Our weekly mentoring sessions are where purpose meets progress. Each Thursday, boys ages 7–17 gather in a supportive, empowering environment to grow, learn, and lead. Hosted at the centrally located Winter Park Community Center, our structured meetings help young men develop core skills and build character—one week at a time.

MEN OF INTEGRITY SNACK BOOTH
We actively participate in various community events to engage with and support our youth. Our MOI Snack Booth offers an opportunity for young men to learn valuable skills in fundraising while also spreading awareness about our program. It's a great way for them to give back to the community while developing key life skills.
