PRESIDENT ANTWON CARTER
Director/ Founder
Hello my name is Antwon Carter, I was born and raised on the westside of Winter Park, Fl. I graduated from Winter Park High School Class of 2002. In 2009, I began working as a Department of Defense contractor assisting the US Army in support of the OIF mission until 2011. In November 2011, I shifted over to Camp Leatherneck in Afghanistan assisting the US Marine Corp in the OEF mission until 2013. In 2014 I began my career with Lockheed Martin and not long after deployed to Dubai, UAE until 2019. I currently work for Lockheed Martin as a Sustainment Engineer and it feels good to be home.

Hello, my name is Bubba Brown I was born and raised in Winter Park, Fl.. I am currently a Senior Recruiter for MSC. Bubba has more than 5 years of experience within Human Resources. He received his Master's degree in HR Management from Rollins College and his Bachelor's degree from Bethune Cookman University. He brings a deep affection and devotion to the Winter Park youth and surrounding areas in hopes to build better character in the young men. He has spent time mentoring with the National Police Athletic League (PAL) and various other Boys and Girls clubs in Daytona Beach & Jacksonville FL while attending school. His primary focus is to assist the young men with Career Tips, Channeling Creativity, and Dealing with any challenges they may be facing at home/school.

Hello everyone! I’m Tyreak. I’m 24 and I have my Bachelor’s in supply chain management and just got my MBA in cybersecurity December 2022. I love technology and I’m working towards becoming a cybersecurity engineer. I’ve been a photographer since 2018 and doing videography since 2019.
